Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Work From Home Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs. You will provide product recommendations, ensure a seamless customer experience, and work independently while meeting sales and service goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to develop their careers in a growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to insurance products.
