Responsibilities:
• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for team members.
• Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations.
• Maintain digital filing s ystems and update records.
• Provide customer support via email or phone as needed.
• Conduct online research and compile information.
• Assist managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided.
