Job Description

We are seeking a creative and reliable Videographer & Media Creator to produce consistent video content for DoorLife’s social media, website, and brand channels. This role includes filming, editing, posting, and helping build the DoorLife content system. You will work directly with company leadership and support both the sales and property management sides of the business. Responsibilities:

• Film weekly content, including educational videos, behind-the-scenes footage, team highlights, and property-related content
• Edit short-form and long-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and website
• Create a weekly content calendar and manage posting schedules
• Capture team meetings, property tours, and client stories
• Add captions, B-roll, graphics, and brand elements to videos
• Shoot occasional photography as needed
• Stay current on social media trends to help generate new ideas
• Organize footage and maintain a digital content library
• Attend in-person filming days 1–2 times per week in Chester County and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

• Photography experience
• Drone operation
• Real estate or lifestyle-content background
• Ability to generate content ideas and scripts
