What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Videographer to capture, produce, and edit high-quality video content that aligns with our brand’s storytelling. This role will be responsible for filming, producing, and editing content for the Paul Gough brand across podcasts, livestreams, in-person events, and daily social content.

You’ll work closely with the Content Strategist and Marketing Manager to ensure video assets are consistently produced, repurposed, and distributed across multiple platforms at a high output.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of the full content lifecycle, from setup to final publish.

Filming & Content Capture

  • Proficient in full production setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting for podcasts, livestreams, and live in-person events

  • Film and shoot content in a quick-paced, fast-moving environment with real-time changes

  • Capture both professional studio footage and raw behind-the-scenes content

  • Operate confidently during live recordings, livestreams, and spontaneous moments

Video Production & Editing

  • Edit long-form video content such as 20–30 minute YouTube videos

  • Create high-quality short-form clips (30–60 seconds) from produced content

  • Upload and distribute 4–5 short clips per day based on available content

  • Maintain high production standards for sound, lighting, framing, and visuals

  • Organize, manage, and maintain video files for easy access and repurposing

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Content Strategist and Marketing Manager to maintain production output and expectations

  • Support a streamlined workflow from filming through publishing

  • Stay current on video, social, and creator trends to improve engagement and impact

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years in videography and video editing

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software

    • Experience with StreamYard or other livestreaming platforms

  • Equipment Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional cameras, audio, and lighting

  • Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to capture compelling moments that translate into engaging content

  • Organization: Comfortable managing large volumes of footage and meeting tight deadlines

  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with content and marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with personal brands, influencers, or entrepreneurs

  • Background in documentary-style videography or social media content production (Gary Vee style)

  • Experience with multi-camera setups and live streaming
