Your Role - Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional service, helping customers find the perfect Volvo that meets their needs
- Sales Process Management: Assist customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about VW’s product line, features, and benefits, conveying your knowledge with enthusiasm and clarity
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and reach personal and team goals to drive the dealership’s success
Qualifications - Automotive Sales Experience Required: Minimum 1 year preferred
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships
- Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Self-driven with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dealership systems and technology to enhance customer experiences
