Salary: $48,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates to have experience in the travel industry.
• Experience in technology management is essential.
• I expect excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Sabre and Amadeus systems is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of Agent & Client facing Travel Technology along with experience in application administration is necessary.
• I seek a team player who demonstrates empathy towards customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• I will have you conduct assessments in a systematic manner, attempting to replicate errors or test situations where feasible.
• You will analyze extensive requirements, including multiple systems and processes made up of various sub-processes.
• Coordination of activities will be crucial, as you will collaborate with a range of internal and external teams on various issues.
• You will execute configuration changes that may vary from small to large and complex, involving numerous systems and logics.
• It is essential that you respect defined and agreed-upon service level agreements.
