You’ll work with a top-tier crew, tackling transformer installation, maintenance, and repair jobs across the country. Travel to transformer field service projects and deliver excellence every time
Lead or assist with installations, testing, diagnostics, and repairs
Make sure projects get done safely, on time, and on point
Be the expert that clients trust and crews rely on
Stay sharp, stay safe, and keep the power flowing
Solid experience with transformer installation, testing, and electrical systems
Field service or utility background preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
Flexibility and willingness to travel or work remotely as needed
