Systems Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support end users with technology solutions that improve efficiency and business processes. This is a long-term contract role based in Jackson, MS with a hybrid schedule.

Details

Terms: Long-term contract (up to 32 hours per week, sometimes less), W2 only (no third party candidates please)
Location: Hybrid role based in Jackson, MS (onsite and remote mix).
Other: Background check and drug screen required.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with staff to understand technology needs and align them with available tools.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Develop workflows to improve the use of technology across teams.
• Conduct staff training on technology tools and software.
• Provide end-user assistance with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and related applications.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical processes into business practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet.
• Prior experience supporting end users with a range of software.
