Requirements:
2+ years sushi chef experience (willing to train the right candidate with prior experience)
Strong skills in sushi rolling, plating, and presentation
General knowledge of food prep, safe handling, and cleanliness standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable transportation is a plus
