ABOUT THE ROLE: Staff Accountant You’ll connect production performance to financial outcomes, analyze margins and variances, and help streamline cost flows across operations. High visibility, hands-on work, and true partnership with production, purchasing, supply chain, and finance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Staff Accountant - Analyze costs, margins, and variances
- Maintain and improve cost accounting systems
- Track labor, material, and overhead costs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation
- Assist with the month-end close process
- Identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities
What The Staff Accountant Brings - Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
