Title: Project (Admin) Mgr 3
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 05 Months
Shift Timing: 05:00 PM - 01:30 AM PST - 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $80 - $100/Hour on W2
Roles & Responsibilities:
Smartsheet support
- Enhancement and maintenance of Vespa workspace
- Build Executive and DRI dashboard to automate status reporting and save business time spend on developing manual reports
- Maintain and update dashboards are reports
Deliverables Tracking
- Monitor and update the status of business deliverables for IT integration under PMO direction.
- Validate data and flag missed deadlines.
- Continue tracking deliverables
- Update and maintain the RAID log
Data migration
- Develop workflow for migration of files for IT testing, cutover and data retention
- Design Box structure and manage access permissions
- Maintain tracker of all files
Agile documentation
- Track status of revised SOPs/DOPs, Wis that are routed and approved in Agile
Translation Management (remaining)
- Manage translations for customer-facing documents, internal training materials, and master data.
- Act as a liaison with Global Localization Services.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of translations.
Additional Support
- Provide support for other project and administrative work as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Smartsheets, Box, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and project management tools.
- Experience in translation coordination and deliverables tracking is a plus.
