Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting to join our fast-growing Finance organization. We are looking for a hands-on leader who delivers a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, ideal for someone who excels in high-growth environments. You will oversee the month-end close, audit processes, the accuracy and integrity of our banking operations, and guiding a team of committed accounting professionals. You will report to our Assistant Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring a proper and fast close following US GAAP principles.
- Oversee all banking activities for our company, ensuring efficient cash management, accurate reconciliation, and cash flow reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end audit process, being the primary contact and ensuring all audit requests are fulfilled.
- Manage the general ledger accounting team, overseeing areas such as: fixed assets, cash application, bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, and payroll and AP accruals.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for accounting and other various departments.
- Partner with Internal Audit to build and maintain a strong controls environment
- Build strong relationships with partners such as FP&A, Tax and HR.
- Enhance existing operational processes creating efficiencies through automation, integration and use of Artificial Intelligence, while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. Big 4 experience and CPA encouraged.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience with Workday/Looker/Microsoft Suite/GSuite or other large ERP
- Demonstrated experience in a public company environment, including readiness for and participation in an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
- Strong technical accounting expertise, particularly related to complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions
- Communicate through clear writing and thoughtful dialogue, adapting style to ensure understanding across diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt effectively in dynamic environments, and achieve commitments
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels and departments, both within and outside of finance.
- Proven record of mentoring and developing talent.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.

- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
