Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in the Middle East or emerging markets, with an understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business environment, culture, and regulatory landscape. Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Veterinary Medicine, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with vaccine manufacturing technologies, GMP, and global supply chain management. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the animal vaccine division in Saudi Arabia, aligning with global company goals and local market needs. Operational Excellence: Oversee manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality animal vaccines. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations, including Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market growth, including partnerships with local distributors, government bodies, and veterinary organizations. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.
