Salary: $128,960 - 145,600 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience (2 to 6 years with a Master’s degree) or additional experience in place of a degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs for custom solutions and integration.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics.
- Experience in Service Portal development.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and ServiceNow upgrades and release management.
- Strong customer service skills and a proven ability to independently solve problems.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply mentoring insights.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen residing in the United States.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, enhance, and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Design and build Service Catalog and Service Portal components.
- Create and maintain Forms, Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Groups, Roles, ACLs, and Views.
- Generate and optimize Dashboards, Performance Analytics metrics, and scheduled reporting functions.
- Architect and upkeep CMDB structures, reconciliation rules, and data models specific to cloud environments.
- Integrate data from cloud providers, such as AWS and Azure, ensuring a unified and accurate CMDB.
- Develop integrations with various data sources, focusing on data quality and normalization.
- Craft high-quality Service Portals, widgets, and custom UI components using AngularJS and ServiceNow APIs.
- Implement automated workflows for request fulfillment, case intake, and customer self-service experiences.
- Utilize Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST APIs for workflow automation.
- Streamline multi-system tasks and align platform functionality with cloud operational workflows and DevOps practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching efforts, and ongoing improvements.
- Adhere to Knox Systems development standards, Configuration Management policies, and Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and integration challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, project managers, and senior technical staff in an Agile framework.
- Provide clear technical guidance to clients and upper management.
- Communicate technical concepts in a manner understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with senior ServiceNow subject matter experts.
