ASAP is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Aviation for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting aviation infrastructure projects at United Airlines’ facilities at Dulles International Airport . This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional experienced in aviation construction and capital projects in airport environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the owner’s representative and primary daily point of contact for contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, risk logs, and reporting dashboards.
• Facilitate scope definition and project execution planning with airport and airline stakeholders.
• Lead meetings, deliver status reports and implement process improvements.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam to manage, report, and analyze project data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale or campus-style projects.
• Strong aviation project experience is required, especially terminal renovations, concessions, or ground-up construction.
• Experience working in airport environments and with airline/airport stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CCM are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Must be local to the VA/DC/MD area – no per diem or relocation provided.
• Must be able to pass airport security screening to obtain an access badge. Employment is contingent upon successful clearance.

• This is a 100% onsite role at Dulles International Airport.
• Local candidates are only – remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Contract-to-hire position – strong performance may lead to direct hire.
