This part-time, high-impact role offers the opportunity to lead creative execution across marketing campaigns, translating complex concepts into visually engaging content. You will work in a remote-first, collaborative environment, partnering with multiple teams to shape brand messaging and elevate visual identity. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple projects end-to-end while maintaining a strong attention to detail. This position directly influences marketing initiatives and allows for hands-on design across digital, print, and presentation assets. Creativity, communication, and a proactive approach are key to success in this dynamic, fast-paced setting.
· Design a wide range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, and event collateral, ensuring consistent brand identity.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and Operations teams to turn business objectives into clear visual solutions.
· Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
· Work with leadership to refine and document brand guidelines, visual systems, template libraries, and manage the digital asset management platform (DAM).
· Provide creative input and strategic ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements
· 8+ years of professional experience in marketing or graphic design, preferably in B2B environments, with both agency and in-house experience being a plus.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus.
· Expertise in presentation design (Google Slides, PowerPoint) and creating visually compelling, editable templates.
· Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, results-driven visuals, with a strong strategic and conceptual mindset.
· Solid understanding of marketing, UI/UX, and communication best practices.
· Strong time management, independence, and collaborative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
· Bonus skills: video editing, motion graphics, WCAG accessibility knowledge, copywriting.
· Must submit an online portfolio showcasing diverse design work for digital and print.
