• Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion.
• Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion.
• Develop a case strategy and provide leadership and direction to staff.
• Cultivate relationships with the Firm's clients and participate in business development.
• Be a team player with the intention to build a long-term career with partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience, including complex business disputes.
• Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom.
• Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication.
• Ability to research and write exceptionally well.
• Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly.

About Company: Compensation: The compensation package is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The compensation package includes a base salary plus bonus compensation based on production, efficiency, and performance. We offer a generous benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement account, and paid time off. This is a full-time position that requires the attorney to be in our Fort Lauderdale office.
