Position Title: Scrum Master
Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide development teams in delivering high-value outcomes. This person will help the team stay organized, resolve obstacles, and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Certifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (preferably on large-scale enterprise projects).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
Proven ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Familiarity with ServiceNow , especially the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) suite .
Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes such as risk management, issue management, controls testing, and compliance policies.
Experience ensuring technical solutions align with business requirements.
Nice to Have:
Ability to promote Agile principles across the organization and act as a change agent.
Responsibilities:
Help the team self-organize and deliver high-value results.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Remove blockers and coach the team on Scrum best practices.
Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet project goals.

Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders.
