Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a battle-tested Salesforce Project Manager who knows the Salesforce ecosystem inside-out and can run implementation or enhancement projects like a tight ship. You'll be leading cross-functional teams, juggling timelines, budgets, clients, and tech - all while keeping everyone sane and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Gather business requirements, write user stories, and translate them into scalable solutions with the tech team
• Track project milestones, identify risks early, and troubleshoot blockers before they blow up
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and client expectations like a pro
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports for leadership updates
• Work with offshore/onshore teams and manage vendor engagements when needed
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) if Agile is the method
• Drive UAT and post-go-live support activities
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Project Management tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana
