Are you ready to jump start a career in the exciting world of RV's? At Blue Compass RV, we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us as an RV Porter. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment like forklifts, and keeping things moving on the lot, this is the role for you!
COMPENSATION: $35K-$40K

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Safely move RVs and trailers around the lot using a forklift or other approved equipment
- Assist with staging RVs for display, service appointments, and customer pickups
- Ensure the lot is organized, clean, and ready for customers
- Maintain cleanliness of RVs, including light detailing as needed
- Assist with setting up units for delivery or demo, including slides, awnings, and power hookups
- Support the service and sales team with general lot duties and inventory organization
- Provide outstanding support to ensure a seamless customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
- Forklift experience strongly preferred (certification a plus!)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
