Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to support holiday planning

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience before, during, and after trips
• Stay informed on industry trends, supplier promotions, and travel regulations
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare simple proposals/invoices
• Participate in virtual training sessions and collaborate with team members

Requirements

• Strong passion for travel and customer service

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

• Comfortable using technology, booking systems, and online tools

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus (not required)
