In this role, youll design personalised travel experiences for clientsfrom city breaks and family holidays to luxury escapes and global adventures. Youll handle every detail, making sure their journey is stress-free from start to finish.
What Youll Do - Listen to clients and understand their travel dreams, needs, and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations, hotels, and activities tailored to each client.
- Create customised itineraries that bring their vision to life.
- Manage bookings for flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions.
- Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure peace of mind.
- Keep up with travel industry trends, suppliers, and seasonal offers.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not essentialtraining is provided.
