We are currently looking to hire a Per Diem RN to join our Outpatient Services Team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical staff and within the guidelines of the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement the Hospital s mission and goals through established policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities. Implementation of these goals occurs through organization and administration of individualized age-specific professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
• An understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient s age-specific needs and determine age-specific treatment modalities.
• Administer Vaccinations
• Triage patients as needed for acute care, other specialty outpatient services
• obtain authorizations as needed for other complex services

Qualifications:

• Current NJ RN license
• Graduate of an accredited NLN Nursing program
• Current BLS Heart Saver/Health Care Provider
• experience in ambulatory/outpatient services preferred
