This Registered Nurse (RN) position focuses on providing skilled nursing care in a Labor & Delivery and Recovery unit. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. A minimum of two years of experience in Labor & Delivery is required.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery and Recovery unit.
- Performing patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting findings.
- Educating patients and families about their care.
- Maintaining a safe and clean patient environment.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Managing patient caseloads effectively.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Cerner).
- Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- AWHONN certification.
- Experience with various electronic health record systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

- 13-week assignment.
- Night shift (7 pm - 7 am).
