Records Document Manager SME I Location Silver Spring, MD :

MPF Federal is seeking an experienced Record Document Management SME II in the Silver Spring, MD area.

Experience:

• Provide technical expertise in sorting, reviewing, organizing, and scanning documents
• Develop the inventory list of government regulatory documents
• Develop cataloging criteria in conjunction with the FDA
• Scan select documents as identified by FDA
• Identify monograph ingredients contained in the documents following a set of procedures
• Perform peer-review QC on scanned documents
• Upload documents and images to appropriate electronic repository
• Ensure adherence to all FDA/Federal rules, regulations, policies, guidance documents, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with NARA and FDA records management requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to work onsite, Monday - Friday | 8am - 5p | flexible
• 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Must be eligible to work in US and ability to obtain a clearance
• Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be detailed oriented with strong ability to perform quality checks on scanned images vs the original document
• Ready to learn and participate in the team effort
• Ability to lift and move standard boxes (30 lbs.)
• Must have strong computer skills to perform data entry and related tasks at industry rates.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
