Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Manage capital projects including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and TQM tools to boost efficiency and quality
- Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Create and deliver process documentation and team training
- Support multiple plant sites with up to 60% travel
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Provide technical leadership in plastics and injection molding
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years in manufacturing or process engineering
- Plastics industry background is required
- Injection molding experience is required
- Capital project management experience is required
- Knowledge of extrusion systems is preferred
- Familiarity with plastic processing equipment is preferred
- Mechanical systems knowledge is preferred
- Experience training operators or technicians is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60%

Pay: $104,400.00 - $117,450.00 per year
