We are seeking an exceptional Postdoctoral Scholar passionate about genetics and multiomics, complex traits, and data sciences. This role focuses on enhancing target risk prediction through validation studies, off-target risk estimation, and cross-species evolutionary metrics. We are looking for our Postdoctoral Scholar to be located in Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ.

You will join the Janssen’s Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety (PSTS) organization and work closely with the Population Analytics & Insights (PAI) team in Data Sciences & Digital Health (DSDH). The PAI team combines the power of ‘omics data with AI to generate scalable, cutting-edge solutions and insights in drug development. Collaborating with the PSTS, we integrate omics data to improve preclinical safety profiling and help standardize safety evaluation in early drug development.

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $89,000 to $143,750.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
