Job Summary:
We are a well-established, privately owned OB/GYN practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients. Our team is passionate about being the community leader in women’s health, delivering high-quality medical care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care.
• Conduct well-woman exams, prenatal visits, and follow-up appointments.
• Manage gynecologic concerns, contraceptive counseling, and routine screenings.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient clinic environment.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage medical records accurately using Practice EHR and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate referrals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current PA licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical OB/GYN experience preferred (not required).
• Spanish language proficiency preferred (not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for women’s health and patient education.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnostic evaluation and physical examinations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
