• Specialty Backup Available: Physiatry; potential Neurology or Anesthesiology support

• Support Staff Available: RN and MA support

• Reason for Coverage: Need for outpatient botox spasticity management coverage

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Botox injections for spasticity management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active VT license (or ability to obtain)

• Board: Board Certified in Physiatry preferred (Neurology, Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology)

• DEA: Active DEA Certification

• Certifications: BLS

• Experience: Experience with botox for spasticity management preferred

• Other Qualifications: Ability to practice independently

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient spasticity management

• Perform botox injections for appropriate patient cases

• Maintain clinic workflow two days per week

• Collaborate with existing physiatry program

• Document accurately in Epic EMR
