Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a heart for pediatric care ? Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring passionate and reliable Pediatric LPNs across all five boroughs of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island) to provide exceptional in-home nursing services for medically fragile children.
At Affirmed, we deliver care with dignity, empathy, and excellence—helping families keep their children safe and healthy in the comfort of home.
Deliver direct pediatric nursing care in clients' homes
Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in condition
Operate and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, trachs, vents)
Collaborate with families to support care plans and training
Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to client needs
Valid NYS LPN License (Required)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Required)
Pediatric experience preferred
Must speak, read, and write English fluently
COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)
Authorized to work in the U.S. – ITIN not accepted
BLS Certification (Preferred)
PALS Certification (Preferred)
Competitive pay: $40 – $45/hr
