We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage and optimize our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization.

Role: Payroll Analyst – Remote
Position Purpose:
This position functions as a Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) , delivering end-to-end payroll processing and analytical support for multiple business units, including Site Clayton , NNI , and affiliated sites (IFP, API-US, OFP-US).
You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and time/labor processing , interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. The role is part of a shared services team , contributing to process improvements and supporting broader HR/payroll initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:Process, monitor, and maintain payroll data accurately and efficiently
Ensure payroll compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other departments
Perform special pay calculations and support audits as needed
Identify and contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives
Provide back-up and support to other payroll analysts as needed
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of U.S. payroll regulations
Comfortable working with large volumes of data and complex payroll systems
Proactive problem solver who can work both independently and in a team
Strong communication skills to interface with multiple departments and levels
Strong experience with ADP GlobalView – required
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Solid understanding of core payroll processes
FPC or CPP certification – preferred
ADP eTime experience – preferred
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience (not just oversight)
