One California ( **Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Patient Services Representative is responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the Diagnostic Imaging department: answer and direct phone calls computer entry of patient data exam entry registrations/reception of patients fulfillment of film requests patient scheduling editing of reports enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times and providing other similar tasks. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required. + Computer / typing skills + Use of various office equipment including fax/copier + Able to read speak and write English + Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Google preferred + Medical Terminology preferred + Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred. **Pay Range** $26.82 - $32.76 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
