Role Overview

We are hiring senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultants with pure end-to-end implementation experience on Oracle Fusion Cloud R13 only . This role requires strong functional expertise, direct client interaction, and hands-on implementation ownership.

⚠️ Candidates with Oracle EBS background or Support/AMS experience will NOT be considered.

Open Positions & Skill Sets

1. Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Projects

1. Strong functional understanding of Finance processes
2. End-to-end Fusion Finance Cloud implementation experience
3. Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration & UAT support
4. Client interaction and documentation experience

2. Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

Modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Planning

1. Pure implementation experience in Fusion SCM Cloud
2. Functional design, configuration, testing & go-live support
3. Ability to map business processes to Fusion SCM modules

3. Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Management

1. Strong hands-on Fusion HCM Cloud implementation experience
2. Payroll and performance management expertise mandatory
3. Experience in requirement workshops, configuration & UAT

4. Oracle Cloud CX Functional Consultant

Modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud

1. End-to-end Oracle CX Cloud implementation experience
2. Strong understanding of CRM business processes
3. Functional configuration, user adoption & go-live support

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

1. 10+ years total experience
2. Oracle Fusion Cloud R13 ONLY
3. Purely Implementation Projects
4. Strong Functional Role (No Technical / Support / AMS)
5. Immediate to 30 Days Joiners only
6. Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
