Job Description
PDM Collision is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to the staff and customers. The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks, managing communication, and helping coordinate workflow to enhance our service delivery.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in a professional manner.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to service orders, customer interactions, and inventory management.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar for the service department.
Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Keen problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
