Qualifications:

• Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy license
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Recent physical and TB tests (within one year)
• Driver's License or State ID
• Registration with the National Registry of the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Degree in occupational therapy
