Responsibilities

• Support a large North American network infrastructure, including multiple data centers.
• Install and maintain a complex Wide Area Network (WAN) and associated hardware, including logical security and detailed documentation.
• The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with a great passion for technology, outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze customer requirements and successfully implement efficient solutions and processes to exceed business objectives and service level agreements.
• Share on-call responsibilities in a 24x7x365 environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience with certifications such as CCNA, JUNOS, or Fortinet NSE.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations while reducing risks and costs.
• Proficient in basic to intermediate troubleshooting of production networks and network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience in maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, standard methodologies, and performance and capacity metrics
• Assists with tuning activities to optimize performance while collaborating with senior Network Engineers.
