Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper – Miami, FL

Schedule: 6 Days per Week (~60 Hours)

Compensation: $90k-$100k 

Duration: Full-Time, Long-Term

The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and deeply caring—someone who takes pride both in nurturing children and in creating a calm, organized household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, attentive care for a sweet 9-month-old baby boy
• Engage with the baby through play, reading, and interactive activities throughout the day
• Keep household spaces, closets, and pantries organized and tidy
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and manage a running grocery list
• Take daily walks with the family’s friendly dog
• Support a predictable, calm household routine
• Be a kind, trustworthy presence that the family can rely on

Who You Are

• 3+ years of infant experience, with a confident, loving, and engaging approach
• Naturally calm, respectful, and discreet—not one to seek the spotlight
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong emotional intelligence
• Proactive – someone who anticipates needs, sees something that needs to be done and does it before being asked
• Comfortable working alongside a hands-on stay-at-home mom
• Comfortable working with other staff
• Fluent in English; pet-friendly; passport-ready a plus
• Open to domestic travel (required) and international travel (preferred)
• No degree required—experience and maturity valued most
