The Ideal Candidate:
The candidate should be loving, kind, fun and flexible. They are seeking a caregiver to play an integral role in their son’s life, demonstrating a genuine interest in his well-being and becoming a valued member of their family. Flexibility is essential, as work and school schedules can be challenging. They prefer someone who is patient and has experience with gentle parenting, along with other childcare experience. It would be incredibly helpful if the candidate could prepare meals and assist with tidying up around the house during this transition period. The ideal candidate would love cats as the family has two kittens and pet care is part of the position. In the past, their caregivers often become friends, so we would love to find someone who is energetic, loving, resourceful, and adaptable. CPR certification is a must. This family prioritizes safety and reliability.

What Works Best for Family:
We are seeking a career nanny who is available to arrive at our home at 1:00 PM for errands and housekeeping, continuing until school pick-up at 2:55 PM. The candidate must be able to drive for school pick ups. After that, the caregiver would help with after-school activities, dinner, and bed time. We would greatly appreciate the flexibility for additional hours to accommodate sick days, school breaks or exceptional circumstances. If the candidate wants extra hours they would be open to having the nanny come in the mornings 7 am until school drop off.
