Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited school.
• Active West Virginia Medical License.
• Minimum 3 years in nursing home or long-term care.
• Proficient in EHR, regulatory compliance, care planning.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure care quality.
• Provide direct patient care and resident assessments.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
