Job Description

We are seeking candidates who:

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with solid professional knowledge and fluent Chinese proficiency.
Demonstrate clear logical thinking, a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
Possess strong execution, high resilience to pressure and setbacks, and a quick learning capacity. 1. Participate in launching the project, selecting equipments, and evaluating the company’s automated equipment projects.

Handle electrical abnormalities of equipment to ensure stable production operations.
Responsible for the budget planning, design and installation of electrical equipment.
Conduct electrical improvements for equipment (focusing on automation upgrades).
Promote electrical standardization of equipment and optimize operational procedures and workflows.
