Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: On-Site – Los Angeles, CA 90021

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, capable of managing timelines, cross-functional tasks, and asset coordination across multiple channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across internal teams, freelancers, and external partners
• Manage tasks and deadlines related to TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Klaviyo
• Develop clear, concise briefs for creative teams including design, copy, and content
• Track and organize marketing assets, deliverables, and version control
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics across ads, email, influencer campaigns, and more
• Handle time-sensitive marketing requests with focus and calm under pressure
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline and improve marketing workflows
• Maintain process documentation, calendars, and internal clarity on project status

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project execution, or similar roles
• Proven ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to maintain accuracy across projects
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or monday.com
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; follows up and follows through
• Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative team setting
