Job Overview

We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our digital marketing team.

You will be responsible for all the advertising campaigns of our company. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you should support the marketing department by providing ideas and inputs for online as well as offline marketing campaigns. You should be able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Track progress of the campaigns with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
  • Identify and analyze competitors and their marketing strategies
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the Design department to produce promotional materials ranging from brochures to engaging videos
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
  • Stay updated about latest market trends and plan out marketing strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and modern digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office Tools
  • Outstanding understanding of Web Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management
  • Should be a team player demonstrating excellent leadership skills
