JOIN OUR TEAM AS A MAINTENANCE TECH!
Your Work Matters How will you make a difference? The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For - Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; two years of technical or trade school preferred.
- Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience: Must have experience in operating a variety of hand/power tools and equipment ensuring proper safety precautions. Must experience in the area of building maintenance and basic mechanical engineering. Experience with painting preferred.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Must have complete knowledge of physical plant within two weeks of hire.
