Job Summary:
The Leasing Agent will show apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants.
Required Skills:
At least two years of related experience required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to work weekends and/or evenings.
