Job Title: L3 Support analyst (COTS, Middleware, Dynatrace and Cloud)
Location: Albany, NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting both functional and non-functional business requirements to design and define corresponding technical and security architecture solutions. This includes authoring detailed architectural design documentation outlining data flows, system interfaces, authentication mechanisms, and integration points.
- Proven expertise in architecting, deploying, configuring, and performance tuning Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and custom-built business applications on Windows-based platforms. Familiar with key application components such as IIS, Tomcat, and WebLogic, and experienced in implementing authentication and integration solutions using ADFS, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Strong background in designing and architecting COTS and custom applications within major cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced Level 3 (L3) technical support experience at the application layer for both COTS and custom-developed business applications. This includes in-depth troubleshooting, analysis of application behavior and interdependencies, and resolution of complex issues within Windows environments-going beyond typical system administration.
- L3 support experience across interfaces and system interconnects in converged and mixed environments. Skilled in diagnosing and resolving connectivity and integration issues involving network components, Stealth firewall software, F5 load balancers, and using tools such as WireShark, Process Monitor, Netstat, Ping, Traceroute, and Telnet.
- Hands-on experience using monitoring and diagnostic tools such as DynaTrace and Splunk for log analysis, real-time system monitoring, and performance tuning of business-critical applications.
- Proficiency in architecting and integrating business applications using enterprise API Gateways (e.g., Akana) and Content Management Systems such as FileNet to enable scalable, secure, and efficient application ecosystems.
