Job Description

  1. Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and supervision of staff
  2. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards
  3. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand requirements
  4. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  5. Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management
  6. Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen (HACCP compliance)
  7. Assist in menu planning and recipe development
  8. Coordinate with service staff for smooth operations during peak hours
