As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us grow and build strong, lasting relationships with customers. You'll be the link between our clients' needs and our services, providing personalized support and guidance. Responsibilities:
Market insurance products to new and existing clients across CA, AZ, NV, and OR.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide clear information on available insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments.
Respond to client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably with an insurance agency.
Valid licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required.
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.
