We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Dust and clean assigned areas including resident rooms, living spaces, fixtures, furniture, vents, lavatories, and basins Dust-mop, wet-mop, or spot-clean floors using properly diluted cleaning chemicals Strip, seal, wax, and/or buff floors as needed Vacuum, extract, and/or shampoo carpets as necessary Wash and dry windows using appropriate cleaning solutions Empty trash containers, replace liners, and dispose of waste appropriately Strip and properly dispose of soiled linens Replace linens and make residents’ beds according to schedule Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor or maintenance team Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Follow all community safety policies and procedures Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools Identify and report any safety hazards promptly Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in healthcare or hospitality settings Experience with floor-care equipment is a plus Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, staff, families, and visitors Dependable with regular and predictable attendance Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team Employee Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Supplemental Voluntary Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) with Cash-Out and Donation Options Paid Holidays Pay on Demand – Early Access to Earned Wages Gym Membership & Fitness Discounts Employee Discounts on everyday purchases and services
