Cooper’s Landing in Friendswood is celebrated for its warm atmosphere, elevated coastal-inspired menu, and attentive service. We’re seeking a friendly, organized Host/Hostess to be the first smiling face our guests see and ensure a seamless seating experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet & Seat Guests: Warmly welcome diners, manage waitlists, and escort guests to their tables
• Reservation Management: Answer phones, manage reservations and walk-ins via our reservation system
• Communication: Coordinate with servers and kitchen to optimize table flow and wait times
• Ambiance Upkeep: Keep the host stand and entryway tidy, restock menus and seating materials
• Guest Relations: Respond to guest inquiries and special seating requests with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Personable Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and polished demeanor
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage a waitlist, and keep accurate records
• Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration with front- and back-of-house teams
• Availability: Nights, weekends, and holiday shifts; punctual and reliable
• No Experience Required: We’ll train the right person in our reservation system and seating procedures
