**Job Summary:**
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a lasting impression with your warm and friendly welcome. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they arrive. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the reservation system, seating guests promptly and efficiently while maintaining an organized seating chart.
- Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed about their table status.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, including special requests or accommodations.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant and its offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and lobby area.
- Assist in keeping the dining room, bar area, and restrooms clean and tidy.
**Qualifications:**
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
